Turning conflict into
dialogue, together

Mediation brings two or more parties into a confidential, guided process to find a way forward they've both shaped. It preserves relationships and puts the outcome in the hands of the people involved.

Who it's for
For couples
You keep having the same conversation, and it's not going anywhere
You love each other, but something has created distance and you don't know how to close it. Mediation gives you a structure to finally say what needs to be said, and hear what you need to hear.
For organisations and teams
Two people on your team can't work together anymore
Or a conflict has been left unaddressed for too long and everyone can feel it. Mediation creates a safe space for the people involved to talk honestly, with support, and find a way forward together.

We had two co-founders who hadn't been able to have an honest conversation in months. After two sessions they had a written agreement and something that felt like relief.

FAQ
Does the other party have to agree?−
Yes. Mediation only works if all parties participate voluntarily.
Is what we discuss confidential?+
Yes. Everything is strictly confidential. I won't share anything with your employer, HR, or any third party.
What if we don't reach an agreement?+
That's okay. Even a process that doesn't end in formal agreement often shifts the relationship and opens up new options.
How many sessions does it typically take?+
It varies. A focused two-party conflict can sometimes be resolved in one joint session plus intakes. More complex situations may require 3 to 6 sessions. I'll give you a realistic estimate after the initial consultation.
