You'll come away with a practice in empathic listening and self-connection that carries into your relationships, your work, and your everyday life. Over two days in Berlin, we explore, experience, and develop these skills through Nonviolent Communication (NVC), a communication approach developed by psychologist Marshall Rosenberg. NVC teaches how to connect with what is alive in ourselves and others, and how to express it honestly and with care.
An entire weekend on empathy?
Yes. Empathy plays a role in every interaction we have: at work, in our relationships, in how we talk to ourselves. It is also something most of us were never actually taught. This workshop is two days of practising it for real.
"This weekend shifted something for me. I came in stuck on a real issue in my life, and left with a clear sense of how to communicate my way through it."
"An inspiring, empowering workshop. I left with concrete ideas for practicing empathy, both in life and in business."
"Beautifully structured. Each exercise built on the last, taking us deeper. I learned a lot, and the group grew genuinely close."
"Exactly what I needed right now. Connection, growth, trust, compassion, peace. And empathy."
"I felt a real shift over these two days. I believe in the transformative power of this work."
